Some Points about the Trek

The Har Ki Dun trek stands out as the most favored trek in the Garhwal Himalayas, boasting an elevation of 3600 meters. Commencing from the enchanting Sankri – a small paradise, and reaching the final road point at Taluka, this trek winds through four Himalayan villages: Dhatmir, Gangad, Panwani, and Osla, collectively known as marginal villages. Widely acclaimed not only in India but also globally, Har Ki Dun trek offers diverse temperatures throughout the seasons. In summer, expect daytime temperatures ranging from 5°C to 15°C and nighttime temperatures from 2°C to 8°C. During winter, brace for daytime temperatures of -2°C to -5°C and nighttime temperatures dropping to -5°C to -12°C.
